  • To attend a music production session at Lab Six, we recommend bringing a laptop if you are using Ableton Live or Logic Pro, or an iPad if you are using GarageBand.

    If you do not have a laptop, or use a desktop PC at home, or if you do not own Ableton Live, we have a student laptop you can use in your lesson at no extra cost.

  • Learn to make music using the most widely used professional software for music artists. Used by artists such as Flume, Timbaland, David Guetta, Skrillex, The Chainsmokers, Netsky, DJ Snake, FnZ (Kanye, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar) and many others.

    • Learn from professional artists with more than 10 years experience, with major label releases and ARIA charting tracks

  • Compose entire songs from scratch with an iPad or Macbook, or record real instruments. Songs that have been produced entirely on GarageBand include Rihanna’s Umbrella and Kendrick Lamar’s Damn and Ego Death.
