Terms and Conditions

By signing up for a lesson or course at Lab Six, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions as detailed below upon enrolment as a student with Lab Six Australia Pty Ltd. The following terms and conditions are non-negotiable and are exercised at the discretion of Lab Six Australia Pty Ltd.

Rescheduling Policy

• Bookings changed with more than 8 hours’ notice will receive a full lesson credit.

• Bookings changed with less than 8 hours’ notice will incur a $60 rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy

• Lab Six does not offer cash refunds for cancellations or rescheduled lessons.

• A cash refund will only be provided if the cancellation is the fault of Lab Six.
